📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale cultivation facility and mentor team.
• Train team on cultivation techniques, protocols, and compliance.
• Oversee cloning, vegetative growth, transplanting, flowering, pruning, irrigation, nutrient
• Manage environmental control systems to optimize growing conditions.
• Maintain cultivation SOPs and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Cannabis cultivation experience (3+ years).
• Minimum of 2 years of management supervising 5+ team members.
• Strong expertise in media, irrigation, crop rotation, light requirements, environmental controls
• Proven ability to build a cohesive team and confidently manage employee performance.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks in a
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
