Mechanical Assembly Technician

📋 Description

• Assemble complex electro-mechanical assemblies from instructions and CAD drawings
• Perform QC checks using factory checklists to validate build quality
• Test and troubleshoot CT scanning equipment to meet specs
• Track work using company software tools
• Document issues, reworks, and configurations for traceability
• Provide feedback to improve work instructions and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, flexible team player with strong organization and attention to detail
• Proficient with hand/power tools, vernier calipers, and torque wrenches
• Comfortable using digital tools and organizational software
• Proficient with a digital volt meter
• Experience with Hipot and ground continuity testing
• Good written and verbal communication; maintain cleanliness/inventory in workspace
