Enterprise IAM Operations Engineer with Entra ID, RBAC, and Application Integration

📋 Description

• Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise IAM operations in a hybrid/multi-cloud environment.
• Focus on cloud access governance, RBAC modernization, privileged access, and application identity
• Hands-on work with Entra ID/Azure AD, Azure RBAC, PIM, SSO, and identity security initiatives.
• Automation of IAM workflows, reporting, and runbooks to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration with Security, Cloud, DevOps, and Audit teams on IAM initiatives.
• Exploration of AI tools to optimize IAM analytics and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD administration.
• Azure RBAC, security groups, and multi-cloud identity management.
• Experience with PIM/JIT, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access governance.
• Identity federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth) and SSO for enterprise apps.
• ITDR and Splunk-based identity monitoring; IAM automation and CI/CD identity controls.
• Documentation skills for policies, standards, procedures, and audit evidence.
