• Participate in strategic planning with sales to grow or generate new business opportunities.

• POC for clients to deliver campaign mgmt and reporting with insights against KPIs.
• Ensure SLAs are respected to deliver first-class client service.
• Manage accounts to optimize spend and drive project success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client relationship mgmt and digital media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, marketing, business or tech.
• Deep understanding of digital landscape and social media.
• Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech.
• Strong communication and people skills with clients.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
