Business Analyst (chat bot)

📋 Description

• Work in cross-functional team to deliver product features
• Identify solution options and assess technical/business fit
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Dev, IT, stakeholders, and end-users
• Analyze requirements; define use cases and functional requirements
• Design chat bot scenarios for B2B users
• Create/update functional/technical descriptions of processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Artifacts: UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional specs
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and BA role in Scrum
• Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, TCP etc.
• Understanding of low-code engineering
• Experience with Node-red configuration
