QA Manager, Technical Services

📋 Description

• Ensures quality control and quality assurance compliance across the manufacturing site.
• Leads the site quality control unit and acts as backup to the QA Site Director.
• Manages the QC laboratory including direct reports and budgetary responsibilities.
• Serves as standalone laboratory systems and site Maximo administrator.
• Reviews and approves raw materials and commodities including ERP approval.
• Leads implementation of quality-related projects and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of pharmaceutical Quality experience (preferably in QC).
• Experience leading teams in a highly desired environment.
• Strong background in Quality/QC within pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting quality requirements.
• Key leadership competencies: cultural awareness, relationship building, influencing, teamwork
