• Pre-Sales Engineer plays a critical role in helping customers solve complex processing challenges.
• From product demonstrations and performance validation to system design and solution development
• Responsibilities include supporting consultative sales as a technical expert, analyzing customer
• Deliver technical presentations, webinars, workshops, and reference visits; support Sales and
• Assess requirements to balance performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain solution documentation and monitor industry trends to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, material handling, or equipment industries
• Experience supporting customers in sales, applications, or technical roles
• Ability to analyze operational data and recommend technical solutions
• Experience with system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration
• Knowledge of CAD and design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar)
