Job Description
📋 Description
- Plan and direct daily production to meet targets.
- Lead a 20+ person team with coaching and feedback.
- Monitor line efficiency, cycle times, throughput.
- Ensure units meet specs; perform in-process quality checks.
- Champion zero-incident safety culture (JHAs, LOTO, PPE).
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics for on-time materials.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Lead 20+ technicians/associates in fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of quality mgmt systems, drawings, scheduling.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary teams in technical env.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience with ERP/MES/WMS systems.
