Tech Lead / Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Own backend architecture and technical direction across MVP-level solutions.
• Define architecture boundaries, service contracts, APIs, and event interfaces.
• Design core data model, including IDs, mapping rules, and idempotency keys.
• Build workflow layer with retries, backoff, DLQ, replay, deduplication, and recovery.
• Establish security architecture: SSO, RBAC, access controls, secrets management.
• Implement audit trails with correlation IDs and distributed tracing.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend engineering and solution architecture with production shipping experience.
• Strong distributed systems knowledge: retries, idempotency, consistency, race conditions
• Hands-on backend design/implementation, ideally Python with FastAPI.
• Relational DB expertise, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with queues/event-driven systems: NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
• API integrations with external platforms/services; OIDC/SSO/authz/permissions/secrets management.
