• Act as primary contact for HCPs and patients on insurance access challenges
• Provide insurance coverage, prior authorizations, and alternate funding options
• Educate on plan forms, portals, and submission processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve access processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• 2-4 years in healthcare/reimbursement or related setting
• Knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior authorization, and appeals
• Experience with Medicare Part D/Medicaid and alternate funding resources
• Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities
