📋 Description

• Lead professional services engagements: implementations, training, conversions, data setup, and
• Develop strong client partnerships via needs assessment and detailed project planning
• Function as a system expert, onboarding clients and ensuring on-time, within-budget projects
• Collaborate with Business Solutions Consultant team for smooth feature adoption
• Provide training and post-sales application support per guidelines
• Track progress and manage risks to project success

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or related field
• Exceptional project planning and multi-tasking skills
• Proven in-house and remote training experience
• Ability to meet KPIs and service standards
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with agency systems or related software preferred
