- Lead the algorithmic foundations for cfDNA diagnostic assays.
- Develop scalable tools to detect SNVs, Indels, CNVs, SVs in low-fraction cfDNA.
- Collaborate with Product, Lab Directors, and Research on panel roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- 4+ years in short-read sequencing data analysis for diagnostics.
- Proficient in Python; experience prototyping bioinformatics tools.
- Experience with sequencing assay workflows and complex investigations.
