🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Bioinformatics or related field (PhD not required)
• 4+ years analyzing short-read sequencing data in regulated settings
• Experience with sequencing assay or panel bioinformatics workflows
• Proficient in Python; prototype bioinformatics tools
• Experience solving complex production investigations
• Understanding of variant representation and data quality
