Job Description
📋 Description
- Prepare common vehicles and reagents
- Measure solubility in buffers, bio-relevant medium & organic solvents
- Prepare formulations and conduct other processing steps under aseptic conditions
- Execute formulation development experiments, incl. solution, lyophilized and particulate
- Prepare formulations under aseptic and GLP conditions
- Conduct basic analysis, incl. pH, osmolality, particle size measurements and HPLC
🎯 Requirements
- BS or MS degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, biochemistry, Chemistry or related field
- At least 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience in formulation and/or process development
- Biologics and sterile formulation experience a plus
- Experience with process development incl. mixing, pumping and lyophilization studies
- Self-driven, independent, meticulous with execution and record keeping
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
