Associate Principal - Telecom

📋 Description

• The Associate Principal leads small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline telecom projects with growing
• Guide projects from programming through closeout; clarify requirements, coordinate design, document
• Mentor Designers and Engineers; strengthen discipline practices; support growth of TEECOM’s
• Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and improving workflows, standards, and tools.
• Engage with clients, writers, and thought-leaders to develop relationships and content.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC/related services with Telecom/ICT expertise (Structured Cabling, Low Voltage).
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large projects; strong coordination and
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; GitHub.
• Industry certifications preferred: RCDD, CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, PMP.
