Tech Lead / Solution Architect – Backend, Workflow Engine, SSO, Observability, QA

📋 Description

• Own backend architecture and technical direction, translating product goals into scalable and
• Define architecture boundaries and minimal service contracts, including APIs and event-driven
• Design core data model, including Matter IDs, mapping rules, and idempotency keys for reliable
• Build and define the workflow layer with retry/backoff, dead-letter, replay, deduplication, and
• Establish security architecture covering SSO, RBAC, access controls, and secrets management.
• Implement audit trails with correlation IDs and distributed tracing for accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend engineering/solution architecture experience with shipping production systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, retries, idempotency, consistency, race conditions
• Hands-on backend design/implementation, ideally Python with FastAPI.
• Relational DB skills, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with queues/event-driven architectures (NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with OIDC/SSO, authentication/authorization, roles, permissions, secrets management.
