• Work on core systems enabling frontier models training at scale
• Focus on speed, cost, reliability, throughput
• Bridge ML research and high-performance systems engineering
• Improve data loading, gradient computation, and communication pipelines
• Develop high-performance GPU kernels in Triton or CUDA
• Optimize distributed training pipelines and data loading for throughput

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/CE or related field
• Strong Python software engineering
• Extensive PyTorch experience
• ML knowledge in training/inference optimization
• Analytical, problem-solving with data-driven approach
