📋 Description

• Own patient retention and engagement experience end to end
• Lead dashboard, rebooking flows, after-care summaries, and care team messaging
• Use AI to improve intake, handoff, and next-step guidance
• Build connective tissue for patients to discover all Midi offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, data, growth, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8+ years product management experience
• Experience shipping consumer engagement or retention features
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and roadmap ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Focus on user emotional experience and simple product design
• Experience balancing user needs, business priorities, clinical considerations, and technical
