📋 Description

• Optimize People Technology systems and HR processes
• Partner with People Tech, People Ops, Finance, and stakeholders to enhance Workday and related HCM
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and support agile development
• Lead UAT and drive system improvements aligned with goals and compliance
• Collaborate across departments to improve Payroll, Benefits, and HR Reporting
• Manage backlog entries with Product Owner and align stories to personas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst or related role
• Strong HR and Payroll process understanding and compliance
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting modules
• Data management concepts for data integrity across systems
• Experience in fast-paced, team environment with confidential data
