🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong German and English written and verbal communication.
