📋 Description

• Lead security, IT, and compliance strategy for Fingerprint
• Own security posture for enterprise customers and internal teams
• Manage 4-person team across AppSec, IT ops, and compliance
• Operate as VP-level, high autonomy, high visibility
• Remote, globally distributed engineering org leadership
• Represent security posture to customers and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security, IT, or GRC with 3+ years managing a team
• Fluency across application security, IT operations, and compliance
• Strong AppSec depth: OWASP, vulnerability mgmt (Snyk+)
• IT operations leadership: IAM, endpoint mgmt, remote workforce IT
• Strategic communicator translating risk to business terms
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA preferred
