📋 Description

• Produce a high volume of ad creatives using AI tools
• Test creatives and iterate to reduce CPI
• Own ASO across the App Store: keywords and screenshots
• Monitor market and competitors for fresh angles
• Support daily UA monitoring (AppLovin, Meta)
• Collaborate with founder and growth team to level up UA economics

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English
• Portfolio or track record of creative work (diploma not required)
• Comfort with AI creative tools or quick to learn new tools
• Analytical curiosity to understand why creatives convert
• High energy, ownership, and ability to ship many ideas
• Video editing is a strong plus
