📋 Description
- Oversee and implement irrigation and fertigation across the grow
- Collaborate with Cultivation Technicians to support garden needs
- Maintain equipment and inventory for fertilizers and tools
- Calibrate nutrient testing instruments and monitor system alarms
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, PPE, and safety procedures
- Record nutrient use meticulously and support issue diagnosis
🎯 Requirements
- 21+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends/holidays and emergencies
- Hard worker, team player, detail-oriented
- Experience in agriculture/green industry; horticulture background preferred
