📋 Description

• Remote, part-time contract to assess large volumes of design samples
• Rate and evaluate design quality against defined criteria for AI training data
• Work independently with calibration sessions to maintain consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design or 2–3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, hierarchy, and accessibility
• Ability to critique designs objectively and communicate edge cases
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to perform repetitive evaluation
• Availability for at least 10 hours/week; initial project 15+ hours/week for two weeks
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design work is an advantage
