📋 Description

• Lead functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS with focus on
• Define and optimize business rules, market configs, and switching workflows.
• Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders, dev, and validation teams.
• Provide functional leadership across data conversion and related workstreams.
• Support UAT including validation, issue resolution, and readiness.
• Assist deployment planning and production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in functional design/consulting for Oracle CC&B/CCS.
• Strong expertise with Oracle Utilities Market Transaction Framework (MTF).
• Understanding of utility processes, regulatory requirements, and customer lifecycles.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities MDM or related solutions (OFS, C2M).
• Experience supporting data conversion, UAT, deployment readiness, delivery.
• Ability to define rules, configure processes, translate requirements into solutions.
