📋 Description
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for bids
- Prepare bid docs and respond to RFQs
- Review subcontractor submittals against drawings/specs
- Coordinate with contractors and subs during pre-construction
- Manage multiple estimating tasks and project docs
🎯 Requirements
- 3–10+ years construction estimating experience
- Experience estimating U.S. construction projects
- Degree in Civil Eng., Construction Mgmt., or related field preferred
- Strong ability to read drawings/specs
- Experience with estimating software and digital workflows
- Familiarity with Bluebeam; Autodesk Build and AI tools like Toggle
