📋 Description

• Lead the Mortgage Verifications team, building products and customer experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.

• Drive prioritization and ensure fast, safe, and informed decisions for millions of consumers.
• Lead and grow team members, hire top talent, and represent the team in planning meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• 8+ years as an engineer
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, attention to detail
• Experience handling quality incidents as both technical and communication lead
• Experience scaling products, understanding data, regulatory/ethical considerations
• Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
