📋 Description
- Oversee daily fulfillment center operations for safe, efficient execution
- Lead managers and supervisors to meet safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and service targets
- Implement policies, develop labor/production plans, monitor KPIs, drive CI
- Report to VP of Fulfillment; liaison between leadership and center operations
- Provide hands-on oversight of outbound/inbound fulfillment and staffing plans
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in supply chain/ops with 3+ years in leadership
- Experience in retail/e-commerce supply chain optimization
- Strong procurement, logistics, inventory management knowledge
- Proven leadership of large teams and high-volume environments
- WMS or ERP systems experience; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
- Analytical, data-driven, and able to drive performance improvements
