- Provide procedural support to new robotic system sites
- Collaborate with global Clinical Applications Engineering and Endoluminal Sales
- Offer expert clinical product and technical assistance during procedures
- Identify adoption concerns and work with training partners
- Drive collaboration across global teams and development partners
- Stay current on IFUs, best practices, troubleshooting, and literature
🎯 Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of technical or clinical healthcare experience
- Experience navigating hospitals and supporting procedures
- Autonomous, self-starter with flexibility in dynamic environments
- Strong problem solving and composure under pressure
- Highly collaborative in remote team settings
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication
