🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting, tech focus preferred.
• Proven success with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, market research.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong understanding of technology landscape and competitors.
• Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches.
