📋 Description
- Own technical discovery for prospective merchants: understand stack, checkout flow, constraints
- Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant stakeholders
- Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and plugins (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento
- Write technical proposals, RFPs, and security responses
- Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDK, in-app checkout, native vs webview handoff
- Validate integrations in sandbox/production before launch
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, etc.)
- Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS/Android
- Enterprise merchant support with custom stacks
- REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API docs
- Web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Shopify/BigCommerce/Magento/WooCommerce/Wix
