📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding to ongoing clinician documentation experiences
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship weekly
• Design for web and mobile with responsive behavior
• Develop AI output presentation patterns that are trustworthy
• Partner with Clinical and Compliance in regulated environments
• Contribute to design system and craft across the product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing product experiences at a tech/company
• Strong portfolio of user-centric solutions
• Experience designing for web and mobile, with responsive understanding
• Fluency in Figma
• Strong visual design skills and clear communication
• A doer mindset with fast iteration and shipping
