Senior Training Manager, Oncology - Multiple Myeloma

📋 Description

• Developing and delivering Oncology Training for commercial field reps
• Collaborating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, Regulatory
• Managing vendors and contract requirements for training content
• Leading training meetings: planning, logistics, vendor monitoring
• Partnering with Marketing and Commercial Leadership to roll out training
• Influencing cross-functional teams to deliver effective training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech preferred
• Training, Marketing or Sales exp in pharma/biotech preferred
• Knowledge of Heme Oncology; Multiple Myeloma preferred
• Experience creating training tools to boost clinical acumen
• Adult learning, design concepts and platforms a plus
