📋 Description

• Record projects and opportunities in Salesforce with required billing and collections docs.
• Monitor compliance with internal processes and policies across Sales team.
• Review prepaid and postpaid opportunities daily for accuracy and payment status.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data by updating records regularly.
• Track and implement updates to internal procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations across countries/regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years in operations, finance, or sales support.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
