📋 Description
- Own end-to-end monthly commission calculations, validations, and approvals for global GTM roles
- Aggregate data from Salesforce, Workday, and other sources; build robust Excel models
- Manage monthly run-the-business workflows with Commissions, Finance, and GTM leaders
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies with GTM Strategy, Finance, and Commissions
- Build forecast and scenario models for planning, quotas, and ramp
- Create, document, and standardize payout processes and policies
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Compensation, Sales Ops, or related analytics
- Advanced Excel (INDEX/MATCH/XLOOKUP, complex lookups)
- Experience reconciling data from CRM/HRIS/Finance systems (Salesforce, Workday)
- Attention to detail with timely, accurate payouts under deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Process documentation and SOPs, with a process-first mindset
