Business Operations Manager / Director – FCM & Brokerage Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding from engagement to go-live.
• Be the primary ops contact for institutional clients (brokers, FCMs, IBs).
• Coordinate contracts, onboarding, credentialing with legal, compliance, product, tech.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and drive solutions to implementation.
• Develop playbooks, SLAs, escalation paths, and readiness materials.
• Track onboarding KPIs and report risks to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid NFA Series 3 license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 5+ years in business ops, onboarding, or strategic ops in fintech/regulated markets.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder institutional rollouts.
• Direct exposure to institutional clients required.
• Knowledge of CFTC-regulated entities and derivatives markets a plus.
• Fintech/digital assets experience preferred.
