Job Description
📋 Description
- Receive and unpack sample coolers and containers, documenting all incoming materials
- Verify and record sample temperatures upon receipt
- Perform preservation checks on aqueous samples
- Create jobs, enter bottle records, and generate labels using LIMS
- Label sample containers and ensure proper identification throughout workflow
- Transfer samples between reception, storage, and lab departments
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree in science-related field strongly preferred
- Experience in an environmental laboratory preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Accuracy, organization, and teamwork mindset
- Strong English, math, and reasoning skills
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital systems
