Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach RSS, TA, RC teams.
• Drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and support client relationships.
• Manage requisitions with accurate recruitment data and compliance.
• Provide consultative, strategic solutions as a talent advisor to stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for the client and role.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR (global preferred).
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews; ability to write client communications.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytics skills; ability to translate data into actions.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance; MS Office proficiency; ATS experience.
• Ability to influence without authority and present to clients (1-15 people).
