📋 Description
- Define end-to-end personalization roadmap including recommendations, ranking, adaptive feeds, and
- Drive a unified personalization strategy across discovery, ordering, search, and post-order
- Own the personalization engine and 0→1 customer-facing AI experience, collaborating with ML/LLM
- Translate insights into scalable roadmaps for personalized ordering journeys and AI features.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with 4+ years in personalization, search, recommendations, ML/AI
- Experience with LLM-powered products, conversational AI, or 0→1 AI initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical intuition, and ability to work with ML/infra teams on
- Proven ability to own customer-facing frontend surfaces end-to-end from UX to launch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration with design, engineering, ML, data science, and
