- Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) in senior living communities
- Pre-visit planning, chart preparation, patient screenings
- Reconcile medications and maintain accurate patient charts
- Perform minor procedures under provider supervision
- Field travel with provider team to community sites
- Handle portal messages and coordinate care with families and staff
🎯 Requirements
- Active LPN license or active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, able to work under pressure
- English language proficiency
