📋 Description
- Technical owner of merchant relationships from first sales to live integration and beyond.
- Work with enterprise and strategic merchants on custom integrations across web, mobile, and
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope needs and design integrations.
- Lead pre-sales: demos, architecture discussions, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
- Bridge technical and business teams; communicate complex details to clients.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, etc.).
- Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android.
- Hands-on REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API documentation.
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Wix and their payment integrations.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows: cart, checkout, payments, refunds, shipping.
