Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship per written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Support household tasks and meal preparation to help clients stay safe at home
• Support residents with daily activities, mobility, and daily routines
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure quality patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health aide or patient care is welcome; training provided
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes and work in their communities
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, reliable care and to BAYADA’s values
