• Own backend architecture and direction for MVP
• Define service contracts and APIs
• Design core data model and idempotency keys
• Build workflow layer with retries, DLQ, dedupe
• Establish security: SSO, RBAC, secrets
• Audit trails, tracing with correlation IDs

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend architect with shipping experience
• Distributed systems, retries, idempotency, recovery
• Backend services design; Python + FastAPI ideal
• PostgreSQL expertise
• Queues/event-driven: NATS/RabbitMQ/Kafka
• APIs integrations with external services
