Fleet Planner (Orlando International Airport)

📋 Description

• You manage day-to-day fleet planning and operations to ensure efficiency and safety
• Monitor shift activities: vehicle movements, cleaning, future needs
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly/daily/weekly demand forecasts
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches for seamless operations
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to execute rentals and manage inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Education & Experience High school diploma or GED; 1+ year admin experience in
• Computer Skills Basic computer navigation; MS Office proficiency
• Organizational Skills Highly organized; manage fleet inventory and docs
• Licenses & Authorization 18+, valid driver’s license, clean record; work in US without
• Work Hours & Travel 40 hrs/week; day/evening shifts; 5-10% travel
• Uniform & Language Willing to wear uniform; foreign language skills a plus
