📋 Description

• Manage Quality Assurance team and oversee QA system.
• Own MRB, CAPA program, and quality monitoring.
• Maintain documentation control; support audits.
• Define QA and CI strategy; lead QA data insights team.
• Manage KPIs and drive improvement projects.
• Present trends and remediation at Management Review Board.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years QA or regulated industry experience.
• 3+ years managerial/project mgmt in QA or similar.
• Knowledge of AbbVie Quality System or similar QA practices.
• Data-driven approach with KPI experience.
• Strong communication; cross-functional collaboration.
