📋 Description
- Conduct visual inspections of residential properties across New Jersey.
- Contact sellers/agents to gather condition and marketability info.
- Validate conditions via on-site inspections; document deficiencies.
- Enter and inspect vacant properties; document accessible areas.
- Capture interior and exterior photos representing condition and marketability.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and observations.
🎯 Requirements
- Active New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in real estate, inspections, brokerage ops, property mgmt, asset mgmt, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, mobile devices, and inspection technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document property conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
