Engineering Manager, Verifications

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, setting direction and hiring pipelines
• Own reliability and quality of a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations
• Partner with Product to define roadmap across employment, education, drug, and compliance
• Drive architecture for scaling complex, integration-heavy systems
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted development practices with quality controls
• Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager with high-performing teams
• 8+ years as a software engineer in distributed systems and design
• Experience managing complex third-party integrations
• Track record of improving operational metrics in production
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and tradeoffs
• Regulated product experience with data accuracy and compliance
