Deal Desk Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and execute field marketing programs across North America
• Develop ABM programs aligned to strategic accounts and territories
• Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and create accelerating programs
• Collaborate with Customer Success on customer marketing events
• Plan partner marketing with cloud providers, GSIs, and regional partners
• Develop integrated campaigns including pre-event outreach and follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS field marketing, ABM or event marketing
• Proven pipeline generation via field programs
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams
• Account-based marketing campaign experience
• Experience planning executive-level customer events
• Strong project management and organizational skills
