- Maintain rental properties across multiple sites.

🎯 Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication
- HVAC Type II Certification required, Universal preferred
