• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in through

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other
• Veterinary industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology platforms
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and working collaboratively as part of a team
